Perishable items (flowers, baked items and food products) are non refundable and cannot be returned. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, kindly inform us upon receiving your delivery and we will immediately take action.

Payment can be done via Payfast on our website OR Direct EFT Orders will only be processed once payment has been received in full.

Order Process

Due to the fact that we offer bespoke high end gifting, please take note of the following:

Boxed gifting:

Our baked items are freshly made upon order. We aim to deliver fresh consumables and do not keep stock on hand. We do require lead time to ensure our end product is up to our high standard. The lead time will depend on your specific product ordered. Please contact us to get a delivery date before you make payment to avoid disappointment.

Floral deliveries: We work on orders only and don’t have stock on hand. Kindly give us at least 24 – 48 hours lead time for a fresh flower
delivery.

Please note flowers are subject to availability and will be substituted for an alternative flower if the flower in the photo on our website is not available. We only use quality blooms and you can be assured of a fresh and stylish flower delivery.

Delivery fee: The prices on the website do not include a delivery fee. We only deliver in the Gauteng area (until further notice).
